I remember the JackHammer, somewhere on a corner like 17th and Sanchez? That was sometime in the mid-to-late 80s. Watch me be way off on both points. Anyone remember it?

The old Jackhammer was at 290 Sanchez, on the corner of 16th Street, where Daimaru Sushi is now located. I don't have the exact dates, but it was during the 90s.
