We've posted about Wet and Wild before, the monthly party at Club 8 (1151 Folsom Street, San Francisco) on the third Saturday of every month. It's hosted by our friend Lady TaTas and always has a guest co-hostess, go-go boys, a short drag show, and some sort of wet and/or wild contest. One contest was a bobbing for dildos contest, and another time they presented the San Francisco local winner of Rentboy's annual escort awards.
But we're super, super excited about their next one on Saturday, May 15.
First, we're excited because they will finally be doing the wet and wild contest I have long suggested: a wet underwear contest! (What could be wetter and wilder?) The contest will be hosted by the legendary Cassandra Cass, and we're so excited we could pee. (Oh, right street, wrong bar.)
But we're also excited for another reason. We recently let the folks from Wet and Wild film promotional videos in our yard and in our garage, and they are amazing!
The first promo video was filmed in the backyard:
After that, they moved into the garage for a very wet scene inspired by Pamela Anderson's Barb Wire. Here's one of them. Seriously, can you believe that this was in our garage?
I took some behind the scenes photos of the backyard photoshoot, but stupidly didn't take any in the garage. If you could see where it was filmed and then compared it to the final product, you just can't believe how amazingly talented these people are. It was a privilege to watch.
